Vegan protein-rich egg replacer is called ‘Aquafaba’.

Soak dry bulk chickpeas overnight and cook them in water (no salt). This cooked chickpeas water is known as Aquafaba. Use it for your plantbased cookies, cakes, and brownies. It can be used to make your Egg-free macarons too.

Take a reusable glass jar and store or freeze your Aquafaba. We measure it according to the formula below and freeze it for future use. Thaw it until room temperature before using it.

Here is the formula:
3 tablespoons of aquafaba is equivalent to about 1 whole egg, while 2 tablespoons of aquafaba is equivalent to about 1 egg white.
